First Baptist Church of Proctorville has been assisting missionary individuals, families and mission outreach organizations since 1943.
Assistance is provided by prayer and financial support. FBC is now supporting 53 different mission ministries.
Our missionaries are involved in personal Gospel witness and church planting at home and many countries abroad.
Also included in our mission outreach is assistance to a homeless shelter, local food commodity distribution and two schools for training of Bible students.
Funds for missions support are not taken from the church general fund, but are provided by members who specifically designate funds for this purpose. All money given to the missions budget is used exclusively for missions support.
Because of concerns for the welfare and safety of our missionaries in politically sensitive areas of the world, FBC does not publish — on this website — names or locations of the missionaries we support. Thank you for your understanding.
